And your mom's art is very nice. I find myself getting involved with other people's stuff quite often and people say I may be addicted to chaos in general. It could have something to do with my ADD. Such a drain and really can bring you down especially if the stuff that is going on on other people's lives is really ugly and you have no control over it. It bothers me intensely ! Thank you for posting this back in 2009 !

Re: The P90X Experience: Week 13

PX 90-ho hum. I was going to suggest bodybuilding.com, which is where I get all my supplements, but they don't seem to carry it. My favorite muscle building product is Animal Pump. Works really well. Also, Gaspari superpump is pretty awesome too. Not really anabolic supplements, but you'll tear it up in the gym.

Re: The Best Food To Eat Before And After A Workout

Here's what I have been trying - and it really has worked for me but I have some questions.
My preworkout stack is the Dr Max Powers Anabolic Stack, and also 30 Minutes before workout take 20g whey protein
Questions:
any good reccomendations on buying the Max Powers Anabolic Stack in bulk ? I want to use the stack for 3 months, off for three months and then on again for 3 months. Any bulk options?

thinking about adding Vitamin C also, i'm just trying to mix and match to see what my body works well with and buy it all in bulk so i can save money.
thanks for any feedback.

Re: What Everyone Should Know About Organic Food

Organic is really good as long as its prepared clean, its health benefit is superb.

Re: The P90X Experience: Week 5

Wow, that's really wholesome you are doing the P90X. And I'm very thankful that my 3 mile time is very impressive. I come from a family of Marines, so the 3 mile is the typical running test. I come from a background that doesn't enjoy running more than 1 mile. I'm the type of guy you will see in the weight room lifting weights and running wind-sprints. They say that you have achieved a level of fitness if you can bench press your own body weight, so anything more than that is just icing on the cake. I suppose I should be happy with 315 since that's still pretty good :)

Re: Why Diets Don’t Work

Well said: It is so important to hold your body's health at a high priority, and adapting a healthy lifestyle which allows you to enjoy food will help you achieve that goal. We like that you mention it's something you continue to learn each day. Learning benefits of a diet free lifestyle can improve one’s relationship with food, enhance acceptance of body shape and weight, and provide healthier thought patterns. These types of changes are much more likely to be sustainable and long term, therefore providing a balanced and healthy lifestyle, instead of a temporary non-solution.

Re: The P90X Experience: Week 7…err Week 6.3

Great work! I am finishing up my first week of P90x and reading about your experiences has inspirational. Coming from a running background, I know how frustrating an ankle injury can be. Hopefully it continues to heal quickly.

Your three mile time is very impressive considering your bench press! I am a little faster than that, but attempting to lifting 315 pounds would probably break me in half.

Re: The P90X Experience: Week 7…err Week 6.3

Dude, that's awesome.
